The reason we're doing this

In the last seven days alone: a mum and her two little boys, killed at home. Another rate rise. Another budget that doesn't touch the sides. Friends quietly going broke. AI eating jobs we just trained for. The worst people we know, going viral.

Our brains were not built for this stream. We can't end the wars, tame the algorithm, or outrun what's coming. But we can choose what we let into our heads today, and we can choose to put the phone down and do one real thing instead.

Which one is right for me?

Both are wonderful, it just depends how deep you want to go. The Letterbox Snail Mail Club is a beautiful letter and a few treasures in your letterbox each month: the perfect way to bring real-world joy into your week, and lovely to gift. The Offline Box is the full experience: art, a recipe, seeds, activities, a surprise read and your place in our online community. A whole monthly ritual at your door. Start with either, and move between them anytime.

Does the Snail Mail Club include the online community?

No. The Club is the posted letter on its own. The online community is part of our membership, and it's included with The Offline Box. You can add our membership any time from $39 a month.

Can I just join the online community?

Yes. Our membership is still here from $39 a month (or $390 a year), with all the clubs, chats and events. The offline products are an addition to it, never a replacement.

When am I charged?

Today, to reserve your founding spot. Then once a month after that. Cancel anytime before your next charge.

When does my first one arrive?

Founding orders ship the last week of June 2026, Australia-wide.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in a couple of clicks. No phone calls, no guilt.

Do you post everywhere in Australia?
